From Leasing Agent to Asset Manager

David joined Trico ten years ago as a property manager and leasing agent, working directly with tenants to match growing businesses with the right industrial space. Over the years, he built the kind of on-the-ground knowledge that only comes from showing up, solving real problems, and standing behind his work.

This year, David completed his transition into an Asset Manager role — a natural next chapter that reflects both his depth of experience and the trust he has earned. Several years ago, David stepped onto Trico’s leadership team, helping guide the direction of a company that has served Orange County since 1968.
