A Different Kind of Path

If you’ve followed Trico for a while, you know we have a soft spot for people who take the road less traveled. Some of our most valued team members — leadership included — came to real estate from completely unrelated fields before finding their calling here. Andrea fits right into that tradition. She shifted gears from another industry entirely and brought that outside energy with her, proving once again that curiosity and a willingness to learn often matter more than a traditional background.

Hitting the Ground Running

In her first year, Andrea has embraced the Trico way with a genuine can-do spirit. As a Property Manager and Leasing Agent, she wears two hats at once — caring for the day-to-day needs of our tenants while helping new businesses find the right industrial space to call home. It’s a role that rewards attention to detail, steady follow-through, and a real interest in the people on the other side of the desk, and Andrea has brought all three from day one.

Ask anyone who’s worked with Andrea and the same theme comes up: she genuinely cares about the people behind every lease. To Andrea, tenants aren’t accounts — they’re people she’s invested in. That steady, personal attention is what turns a signed lease into a relationship that lasts.
